Regarding the packaging of the machines, we have protocols to ensure the best quality for their journey to your home. We adapt and prevent key points of each machine model, so that it arrives at your home in perfect condition. Among the packaging methods we have are basic ones such as protective foam plastic and cardboard. Also, for larger machines, we ship them on wooden pallets.

We work with different parcel companies, which will be available according to your area or type of shipment. You can choose to contract the preventive insurance service from the parcel company.

Al comprar una de nuestras máquinas tragamonedas, cuenta con 3 meses de Garantía por defectos de fábrica. Es decir, nos hacemos responsables ante fallas y daños que resulten de un defecto de origen. 

La garantía entrará en vigor exclusivamente en daños reparables, asistencia técnica y refacciones sin costo por defectos de fábrica, cubrimos también la reparación gratuita física en nuestra bodega. El cliente cubrirá los cargos de envío ida y vuelta del servicio de paquetería. Es necesario contratar seguro de viaje para garantizar el buen estado de su producto.

El proceso para hacer válida la garantía suele ser personalizado según sea el caso. Pero por lo regular te hacemos llegar de forma gratuita las piezas o refacciones necesarias para reparar la falla, y con ayuda de nuestra asistencia técnica podrás realizar los pasos para que tu máquina quede funcionando a la perfección.

Al enviar tu máquina tragamonedas desde nuestra sede, mantenemos un estricto protocolo para embalaje y puedan viajar de forma segura y protegidas hasta llegar a tu domicilio. También puedes optar por adquirir un seguro por parte de la paquetería.

​En el caso de mercancía asegurada, es responsabilidad del cliente contactar directamente a la empresa de paquetería. Pepe Monedas actúa únicamente como intermediario en la contratación del servicio de paquetería. Cualquier incidencia que ocurra mientras la mercancía se encuentra en posesión de la empresa de paquetería es responsabilidad exclusiva de esta última, no de Pepe Monedas. Nosotros facilitamos el servicio de contratación de la paquetería en nombre del cliente, pero cualquier riesgo asociado está a cargo del cliente, no de nosotros. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita a cubrir, de acuerdo con los términos previamente establecidos, reparaciones en nuestra bodega, cuyos costos correrán a cargo del cliente, así como a proporcionar refacciones y asesoría de forma gratuita en caso de defectos de fábrica u origen.

Al momento de la compra, los clientes aceptan que Pepe Monedas los represente como intermediario con la paquetería o empresa que preste el servicio para contratar el servicio de paquetería, meramente para este trámite. Pepe Monedas no se hace responsable al momento de tomar las guías que nosotros les ofrecemos.

*Products to be manufactured have an approximate shipping time of 15 days*This purchase model only includes fiberglass ride-ons, not imported ride-ons or any other machine.
